XXL On Snow
Holiday Operations Manager
I recently joined the team as Holiday Operations Manager for XXL on Snow in the French Alps — overseeing the full delivery of a large-scale alpine festival experience for up to 2,000 guests.
In this role, I managed all aspects of holiday operations, including accommodation, transfers, travel logistics, ski hire, lessons, and guest extras. Working closely with staff, suppliers, and customers, I ensured every detail was carefully coordinated to create a seamless and memorable experience.
Taking on this position allowed me to step fully into my stride within operations. It deepened my confidence, expanded my skill set, and reaffirmed how much I thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. From coordinating large-scale arrivals to addressing on-the-ground challenges, my focus was on supporting both guests and team members throughout the event.
I’m proud to have contributed to such a successful event and grateful to the team for their trust. Looking forward to more opportunities to lead in spaces where I can make a meaningful impact.
Into The Zone - Clix

I had the pleasure of working on Into The Zone featuring Clix — an exciting esports-meets-sports crossover event held in a stunning venue in Waterloo.
Brought on board by Jack Willis and the newly launched VZN Events, I supported the event management team and helped run the merch stand alongside my colleagues, ensuring smooth operations and a positive guest experience throughout.
It was incredible to be part of an esports event of this scale, and a real privilege to contribute to such a dynamic, high-energy production! What an amazing team recruited by the amazing community at The Fold!

I returned to Mainstage to help lead the volunteer team for ION Festival, which turned out to be one of the most challenging events I've worked on. I was deeply involved in the Operations process, collaborating closely with the team to navigate unexpected obstacles. We faced a severe thunderstorm, last-minute cancellations, and even a viral illness that affected several volunteers. Despite the difficulties, I helped manage the team alongside a volunteer coordinator, ensuring that we adapted quickly to keep the festival running smoothly for both the attendees and staff.

It was such a pleasure to return to one of my favorite events, Truck Festival, where I had the opportunity to be part of the Event Control team as the Event Control Logger. From managing control logging to overseeing live operations, every moment was a chance to enhance my skills in a dynamic environment. This role allowed me to deepen my knowledge in event controlling, from live data management to real-time operations oversight. The energy and excitement of the festival made it an unforgettable experience. It’s always a privilege to be part of such a fantastic team and show!
Glastonbury 2024

As a member of the Gates Management team in the Control Room at Glastonbury, I had the incredible opportunity to contribute to the seamless running of one of the world’s largest and most iconic festivals. From coordinating entry logistics to managing operations during the busiest hours, every moment allowed me to apply my passion and skills in event management. It was a dream come true to be part of such a monumental event, and learning control logging and managing live data entry under pressure was a valuable experience that sharpened my operational skills. Working alongside such talented professionals, especially in a female-led control room, made the experience even more special. This achievement serves as a reminder of how hard work and dedication can make even the wildest dreams a reality…

This time, I was more involved in the Operations process, collaborating closely with the rest of the team. I helped oversee and manage a team of 36 volunteers in the Holiday Ops sector, and managed a wonderful volunteer coordinator to ensure the event ran smoothly and was a memorable experience for everyone involved.

As a Production Assistant at Studio Boum for the COS X Yeboah Fashion Show at the prestigious Tate Modern, I had the amazing opportunity to showcase my expertise in event management, operations, and logistics. Working as a tour assistant and managing this big group's itinerary for a whole week in London, with rehearsals, concerts, activities and the famous Parade was one of the most joyous jobs I've ever had! Definitely not an easy task but very rewarding. Can't wait to be a part of the next year's Parade and finish it alongside incredibly talented people!

It's amazing to be able to see and assist amazing acts that go on every week! This was a challenging job which taught me so much about the life and production behind a stage. As Guestlist Manager for BWL at APE Field Day, I was responsible for managing a high-priority guestlist and ensuring smooth entry for VIPs, industry professionals, and special guests. The role required sharp problem-solving skills, adaptability, and clear communication, as I navigated constant on-the-ground challenges in a fast-paced festival environment.
The alternative music scene in this high-quality festival was very enjoyable and I'm proud to have been a part of its production!

As Shower Compound Manager, I was responsible for overseeing the largest shower facility on site during a major UK festival, which coincided with an intense heatwave. I managed a dedicated team to ensure the compound ran smoothly, maintaining hygiene standards, implementing crowd management strategies, and addressing any operational or safety concerns proactively — including water conservation and heat-related risks. This role required quick thinking, calm leadership, and a focus on guest welfare under pressure.

As Site Office Assistant, I supported the Site Office Manager in the smooth delivery of the festival build and de-rig. My responsibilities included managing radio allocation and sign-in/out processes, liaising with on-site suppliers to coordinate deliveries and movements, and assisting with the daily coordination of the site team throughout the build, live days, and breakdown.
I also provided administrative support in the site office, including printing, laminating, organising site maps, and ensuring all essential documentation was readily available. This role gave me valuable hands-on experience in site operations and deepened my understanding of production procedures in a fast-paced festival environment.
The indie and chill music scene of this festival made me feel right at home!

Working across several shows in different roles at two of London’s major venues provided me with valuable hands-on experience and helped me build a strong network within the city’s live event industry. My responsibilities included managing artist and crew accreditation, overseeing high-priority guestlists, handling merchandise sales and stock during live events, and supporting the site office team with radio distribution, supplier coordination, and general administrative duties. This dynamic work environment strengthened my adaptability, attention to detail, and understanding of backstage operations.
